東京弁護士会が東京都青少年健全育成条例「改正」案についての意見を発表した。
さすが隙がない。
自分ではとうてい纏めきれないし、読みやすいので読んでみて欲しい。

最後に下記のようにまとめている。
自分の考えと同じだ。
有害情報から遮断することによっては、子供自身が主体的に情報選択をする能力を習得させることは出来ない。
むしろ家庭や学校において、トラブルが発生した場合の対処等も含めた実践的なメディア・リテラシー教育を充実させ、行政がこれを支援することによって、権利行使主体としての能力を身につけさせることこそが、子どもの権利保障という意味で重要である。

全く同感です。喧嘩も兄弟や友達とじゃれ合いながら加減がわかる物です。

同意します。
人は、幼少期から様々な事象の取捨選択を”自分で判断・経験して”成長すべきです。
一部の潔癖な大人達から「あれはダメ、これはダメ」と押し付けれてばかりではいけません。
話は変わりますが、産経ニュースで漫画やゲームを条令で規制すべきかアンケートを実施しています。
「規制は当然」「規制すべき」という記事内容です。
アンケート締め切りは１８日午前１１時までということです。
