まぁ保坂さんが去年の暮れに児童ポルノ法は合意間近だったと自身のブログで綴り、その内容も自民党案に妥協したような内容でしたからそういった葉梨が出ても不思議ではありませんね・・・・
色々と問題はありますが、単純所持とアニメ・漫画の調査附則が外れてくれれば良いんですけど、保坂さんのブログでは調査附則が入っていましたから油断なりませんね。

それについては確か、去年の臨時国会で塩崎と小宮山ら有志が解散前と同じ案を作ろうとしたと月刊「創」 2010年1月号に書いてあったと思うのですが・・・。

しかし現状自民党案に妥協する必要などないような気がしますが、自民党も今まで民主党にある程度妥協してきたので仕方ないのかとも思ってしまいます。
それでも妥協なんてして欲しくないですけどね。

民主党の獅子身中の虫、小宮山洋子を中心とした民主党内の規制派の連中が自公案に妥協させるためになんらかの裏工作をし始めたのではないかというのが私の推理なのですが・・・。
