この判断自体をどうこう言うつもりはないのですが、今後裁判になった時にまた証拠集めたり色々するのは検察なんですよね？
不起訴一辺倒だった検察に再度追求するようにってのも考えてみればおかしい話ですよね。
この場合小沢氏を追求するためにあれこれ動くのは検察審査会の人間だと思うのですが、まぁこの辺りはそういうもんだと納得しなくちゃいけないんでしょうね。
基本的に推定無罪を前提の下に裁判が進むらしいですし、更に日本の検察の力を考えるに、検察が無理と判断した件を有罪に持っていけるのかと少々疑問です。
