自分が逮捕されたなら、自分は私財をなげうって徹底的に戦います。
最高裁で、違憲判決がされるのが最高ですが、どうせ起訴出来ないか、最高裁まで争っても差し戻しでしょうけど。
ここはアメリカの連邦最高裁判所の方が優れてますね。
最高裁の判事を任命するのが内閣であるのがガンですが、
アメリカ連邦最高裁判事の任命も大統領が行っています。
三権分立が機能してない。
日本の顔色をうかがう精神から来たのでしょうね。
それがアメリカより良い事も多いですが。
JASTが捕まった昔の事件だが、結局起訴出来なかった。
JASTの佐藤社長とは知人で何度か事件のことを話をしたが、
取り立てて参考になるエピソードはなかった。
面白い話しと言えば、そのとき作曲を担当していた人が
調書をとられ、猥褻な音楽を作ったと書かされたことだ。
