最初のパソコンAPPLE2。CPUは6502。
モトローラの6800(6801)の開発者達がスピンアウトして6502を作った。
設計思想は至ってシンプル。
ジャンプは8bitのショートジャンプしか出来ない。スタックも少ない。
しかし、この6502は、ゼロページという、メモリをレジスタと同等に使えるという特徴がある。これにより、マシンコードを節約できる。
しかも、6800より安い。
スティーブンウォズニャックは、これを使った。
そして、ウォズニャックは、ウォズの魔法使いといわれる、OSを作った。
彼は、紛れもなく天才だった。
ジョブズは、商売が上手かった。
この二人がいた結果、APPLE2が出来、成功した。
そして、6502はファミコンにも使われることになった。
のちにLisaを作ることになったAppleの人たちは、パロアルト研究所に行った。
ほぼ同時期に、ビルゲイツも、パロアルト研究所に行った。
