陵辱ゲームとゾーニング ― 2009/07/17 20:57
うちも陵辱ゲームをBLACKPACKAGE-TRYというブランド名で作っている。
純愛エロ系は、BLACKPACKAGEだ。
ソフ倫は、陵辱ゲームの比率は少ないと行っているが、
うちの場合、TRYが稼ぎ頭で、無印はマイナスになっている。
ウチのように陵辱系で売上を上げて、残った資金で他のタイトルを
作っているところは多い。
ソフ倫は8%と言う言葉のマジックを使ってごまかしているが、
利益率は陵辱ゲームの方が遙かに多いのが分かっていない。
もしくは、しっていてごまかしている。
ウチみたいに傘下の会社が2社あるところはメデ倫とソフ倫を
天秤にかけられるが、より弱い会社は厳しいだろう。
いまも、ソフ倫に電話確認をしながら12月発売の陵辱ゲームを
作っている。しかし、口頭での約束事は怖いのが本音だ。
しかし、ギリギリでも過激な物を作りたい。
ソフ倫を擁護するわけではないが、ちゃんと顧問弁護士がいて、
月一の総会には出席なっさっている。
そして、ソフ倫は、会員会社から逮捕者が出ないように、
今の暫定倫理規定を決めたという。
定款によれば、
倫理規定は理事会で総数の半分の賛成があれば変えられるとある。
表現の自由を守るか、傘下の会社を守るかで、傘下の会社を
守る方に梶を切ったというわけだ。
嵐が過ぎた後、少しずつ表現の幅を戻していきたいのだろう。
しかし、相手は一度譲歩すると際限なく攻めてくると思う。
今回のソフ倫の選択は間違っていると個人的には思う。
経理的にも、利益率が高い陵辱ゲームを切ることは自分には出来ない。
二次元と三次元の区別が付くであろう１８才以上を対象に
ソフトを売っているのだから、
犯罪がおきて問題があるとすれば、
環境的要因の方が大きいのではないだろうか。
自分はゾーニングの徹底と、既存の法律で対応できると思う。
出版業界も一部が自主規制に走ったとの話を聞く。
本当ならこの国の表現の自由はどうなってしまうのだろうか。

ブラパさんのソフトはもも×もみ以来購入してないのですが（スミマセン）
私の場合、購入を決めるのはほぼ原画家さんです。
あとはキャラクターですね。
少数派かもしれませんが、シチュ買いとか凌辱だから買うとかないですねー。

はい、購入のさい、原画と塗りが第一候補になってくるのが一番なのが多いと思います。私の場合は、好きでエロいゲームを作っています。

動きは一向に弱まらない、解散間近の現状でもまったく諦めても居ない。
一旦こういった一部の団体の抗議だけで法規制を認めると次は暴力だとか
人権がどうのとか創作の世界に彼らの理想郷を作られる結果になると思う。
表現の自由はいまや言葉だけの存在となってしまったのか・・・・
