知事定例会見にて理事が「神奈川県青少年保護条例改訂」をおはなしされた。
要点は以下の5点。2次は今のところ無いみたい。
パブコメをどのように募集するかは調べた限りではまだ不明。
１ 青少年の夜間外出の禁止について、現行の青少年のみでの外出に限らず、親などが同伴した場合であっても罰金を親に課す。
２ ネットカフェやカラオケルームなどの個室を有する飲食店への青少年の立ち入りを禁ずる。
３ 罰則の重罰化を主軸に置いた処罰バランスの見直し
４ 行政処分の「効果的」な導入
５ ネット閲覧時のフィルタリングの解除を行わないような保護者への啓発や理由書提出の準義務化を条文に盛り込む
