日本一厳しい条例はどうなるのかを実際本人に聞きいてみた人が居るのでとりあえず転載を。

第１５条 条例第８条第１項第１号の東京都規則で定める基準は、次の各号に掲げる種別に応じ、当該各号に定めるものとする。
一 著しく性的感情を刺激するもの 次のいずれかに該当するものであること。
イ 全裸若しくは半裸又はこれらに近い状態の姿態を描写することにより、卑わいな感じを与え、又は人格を否定する性的行為を容易に連想させるものであること。
ロ 性的行為を露骨に描写し、又は表現することにより、卑わいな感じを与え、又は人格を否定する性的行為を容易に連想させるものであること。
ハ 電磁的記録媒体に記録されたプログラムを電子計算機等を用いて実行することにより、人に卑わいな行為を擬似的に体験させるものであること。
ニ イからハまでに掲げるもののほか、その描写又は表現がこれらの基準に該当するものと同程度に卑わいな感じを与え、又は人格を否定する性的行為を容易に連想させるものであること。
