東京都青少年健全育成条例改正のパブコメ募集は12/10まで。
件名を「都民意見」としなくてはならないのが都民以外の方には
敷居が高くなるが、ぜひ、送って欲しい。
何度も言うが、これによって、秋葉原やビックサイトなどで2次元エロが規制される可能性が高くなってきている。
エロゲでは40%位のシェアを持ち、2次元エロの中核地の秋葉が規制されたら、エロゲメーカーなどひとたまりもない。
そして通販もエロと言うことが分かるようにして本人確認を徹底するという。
しかもエロといっても、どのレベルのエロかも定かではない。
そして以前、話した様に条令を恣意的に運用する可能性がある警視庁。
全ては可能性だが、パブコメで反対意見を言うくらいは許されるだろう。

創の一月号に衆院解散から都条例までの規制の動きを解説した記事が載っています。枝野議員の存在と社民党の存在は大きいようですね。今回の騒ぎには、法務省のキャリアが大きくかかわっており、千葉大臣も丸め込まれているそうです。また、都の青少年課長がやり玉に挙げた作品の名前もありましたが、奥サマは小学生や僕は妹に恋をするなどの一般コミックも含まれていました。規制派が皆殺しにかかっているのは明白ですね。なお、前田雅英ですが、共謀罪の推進派らしいですよ。今後の参考にどうぞ。

・単純所持の危険性（海外で冤罪がすでに起きてる事など）
・児童ポルノと性犯罪の関係をつなぐ科学的根拠が無い事
・警察に過大な権限を与える事
・中央社会保険医療協議会（中医協）委員を、 与党である民主党の不同意で再任されていない前田雅英氏が含まれている事
久々に堅い文章作成で疲れましたがこれをせずにのうのうとエロゲをプレイする気にはなれませんでした。
しかし見れば見るほど粗だらけな素案ですね・・・。
