児童ポルノ排除総合対策の策定に向けた御意見募集しています。
皆さんの意見を述べてください。
反対の場合ははっきり反対と述べてください。
でないと彼らは反対票として扱わない可能性があります。

自分が読んだ問題点は、以下の通り。
リオデジャネイロ宣言(またか)
インターネットフィルタリング(強制力は無し)
事業団体によるガイドライン等の策定の支援(利権)
児童ポルノ掲載アドレスリストの民間主導での作成(利権、そもそも通報して逮捕すればいい。現行法で十分)
ISPによるブロッキングの導入(誤爆、利権、これも逮捕すれば良いだけ)
ポルノ画像から、児童ポルノを判別する(無理)
G8水準に(単純保持規制を視野に置いているか?スパムで何度も送られてきたときはどうなる?)

6/7までとは随分急な話ですね。
自分も今、意見を送っておきました。
現行法でも充分実効がある旨と、創作物への規制は表現の自由の観点から断固反対である旨を強く書いておきました。
先方は鼻で笑うかもしれませんが。

この業界の人間として率先して古くからの知人に問題点を話しているのですが、反応が悪いです。
はっきり言って、ユーザー様の方が心強いです。
自分が舐められてるだけかも知れませんが、業界人を説得できない自分にふがいなさを感じます。
BLACKPACKAGEの名前は新しいクリエーターには知られていません。
自分の力が及ばないことを痛感します。
