速攻土下座の謎。
今回、問題になったソフト「レイプレイ」を発売した(株)アイワンさんは、
以前にも国外から訴えられて、その際は弁護士を巧みに使い、遅滞戦略で上手く和解に持って行った。
うちも国内ですが何件か訴えられたが、やはり早急な結論は出さず、弁護士を立てて遅滞戦略で上手くやった。
経験のあるはずの(株)アイワンさんは、本当は被害者なのに何故?
と思っている。
p.s.途中電話があっただけで半年ぶりぐらいに6時間ぐっすり眠れた。(いつもはミンザイ＋酒で2時間半)
創業1718年の山鯨の店、ももんじやに行けなかったのは残念。
聞いたところ美味しかったらしい。熊肉は堅めだったらしい。

普段からそういうことに対して備えていれば賢く対応できたのでしょうが、そういうことを何もしていなかったから「よく分からんがとりあえず謝っておけ」としたのではないでしょうか。
そもそも土下座に当たってソフ倫内でどのような議論がされたのかも不透明ですし、理事の間ですら議論されたのかも謎です。
というか普段理事間の連絡ですら取り合っているのかも分かりません。
酷い言いようになりますが、ソフ倫はシール屋に過ぎないのではないかと思います。
私としてはシール屋から業界団体に脱皮してきちんと業界のために働けよと思いますが、所詮一ユーザーに過ぎない私にはユーザーとしてメーカーにソフ倫改革を求めることしかできません。
