1978,1996と飲んでいるので、やはり2004はハズレ年だと言うことが分かった。
しかし、後のアロマは紛れもないロマネコンティだった。
当たり年の2005を欲しかったのだが倍額なので、却下されたw
次は、シャトーマルゴー2001を飲むぞ！
最初はキールやシャンパンなしでボトルで頼んだ1.5万円のカルフォルニアワイン。これが食欲をそそる。
食事は、鮑のスープ、何か一品、そしてフランスのブルターニュでしか取れないブルーオマール。
ブルーオマールは青く、身が詰まっているのが特質だ。
これをたべて、ここでロマネコンティ登場。
デキャンタして、一口飲む。堅い。しかし、アロマが良い。
フォアグラの上に贅沢にキャビアを載せ、下にはパイとプルーベーリーソース。
この料理からゆっくり食べて、若いロマネコンティをどうにか美味しくいただく作戦にした。
そして最後は鴨料理。
ロマネコンティの本領発揮だ。
しかし、腹が一杯になったはずのに、そのあとに居酒屋に行ったらお腹が空いていた。
論戦をしながら食べていたので、フレンチレストランから出たら１１時近かった。
腹も空くはずだ。
明日の活力になるので、頑張りたいと思う。
